Every Visit

• Clean kitchen sink disposal
• Clean range hood filters
• Inspect fire extinguisher(s)
• Check door latches and hinges, lubricate as needed
• Check water softener and add salt as needed
• Check for plumbing leaks
• Test smoke/carbon monoxide detectors
• Inspect showerheads and faucet aerators for hard water buildup
• Tighten any loose handles, knobs, etc.
• Check for ice dams and icicles (winter visits)
• Check HVAC filters, replace as needed

Bi-annually

• Vacuum refrigerator coils
• Clean dryer vent
• Test water heater's pressure relief valve
• Replace batteries in smoke/carbon monoxide detectors
• Test garage door auto-reverse feature
• Lubricate garage door
• Check tile grout
• Check caulking around showers and bathtubs
• Inspect/test sump pump
• Inspect home exterior

Annually

• Test your electrical systems
• Check all locks and deadbolts on doors and windows
• Inspect toilet tank plumbing
• Clean fan grills

1. Schedule a home inspection: We'll visit your home, assess its specific needs, and create a customized maintenance schedule. Home inspections are $49. That price is deducted from your first monthly payment.
2. Choose your plan: Options are $99/month for 6 visits a year, $79/month for 4 visits, and $59/month for 2.  Needs vary based on your home's age, size, and condition. For most homes, maintenance visits every other month are recommended.  
3. Relax: From that moment on, your home's maintenance is our responsibility.
