  • Check caulking around showers and bathtubs
  • Inspect/test sump pump

Annually

  2. Choose your plan: Options are $99/month for 6 visits a year, $79/month for 4 visits, and $59/month for 2.  Needs vary based on your home's age, size, and condition. For most homes, maintenance visits every other month are recommended.  
  3. Relax: From that moment on, your home's maintenance is our responsibility.
